We're supporting our multinational pharmaceutical client in seeking an Office Manager & Business Support for their operations in Riyadh, KSA. This vital role involves providing administrative assistance to the Country Manager and the KSA team, ensuring the office runs smoothly while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office management and facilities, ensuring a smooth and attractive working environment.
  • Manage procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and office supplies.
  • Handle bookings for meeting rooms and maintain health and safety standards in the office.
  • Provide business support, managing complex calendars and facilitating travel arrangements.
  • Support team-building events and manage office renewals such as licenses and establishment cards.
  • Assist with HR support tasks and maintain confidentiality in all dealings.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a discretion and confidentiality mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to solve complex problems and anticipate changes in schedules.
