About the Role

Stranger Soccer is seeking an Operator & License Owner to establish, manage, and expand its football platform in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves building and operating a local football community, making the sport more accessible within the city. The position is suited for individuals with an entrepreneurial approach and a passion for football.

Role Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Riyadh.
• Develop partnerships with football venues and secure suitable playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Lead marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community.
• Oversee game operations to ensure a positive player experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving and expanding local operations.

Support Provided

The Operator & License Owner will receive support from Stranger Soccer's Singapore headquarters, which includes:

• Access to a technology platform for app management, payments, and operations.
• Established operating systems and processes.
• Ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth strategies.

• Demonstrated passion for football and understanding of the local football community.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in managing operations and achieving measurable results.
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
