The Opportunity: Production & Installation Manager

Alissa Factory is seeking a Production & Installation Manager (Aluminum & Glass) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional with proven experience in the aluminum and glass industry, capable of overseeing the entire production and installation lifecycle. The manager will be responsible for ensuring technical decisions, quality control, and correct execution from the factory floor through to final site installation.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise aluminum and glass production and assembly operations within the factory.
• Review approved drawings, dimensions, specifications, and production requirements prior to manufacturing.
• Ensure all aluminum and glass products are fabricated and assembled accurately according to approved specifications.
• Inspect and approve every unit before it is dispatched from the factory.
• Ensure workers adhere to approved drawings and instructions, preventing unauthorized technical decisions or modifications.
• Identify and resolve production issues proactively before products are delivered to project sites.
• Supervise installation teams and conduct regular visits to project sites.
• Ensure proper installation, including alignment, levels, dimensions, fixing, sealing, and finishing.
• Oversee the installation of glass facades, aluminum windows and doors, glass partitions, shower enclosures, glass balustrades, glass staircases, frameless glass systems, and other architectural aluminum and glass works.
• Coordinate effectively between factory production and site installation teams.
• Minimize fabrication errors, rework, material waste, and installation defects.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fabrication, assembly, quality control, and site installation processes within the aluminum and glass industry. This role requires an individual who can personally inspect work and confidently determine its correctness, identify errors, and mandate rework when necessary. The Production & Installation Manager is entrusted with making critical technical decisions, ensuring stringent quality control, providing final approvals, and guaranteeing the accurate execution of all work.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in the aluminum and glass industry.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a production and installation management capacity.
