Purchasing Specialist required to work in a leading company in its field, where he will be responsible for managing and implementing purchasing operations, developing relationships with suppliers, and ensuring the provision of the company's needs with the best quality and lowest cost. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the field of purchasing and a university degree in business administration or its equivalent. Main tasks include: • Managing purchasing operations and negotiating with suppliers • Preparing and analyzing price offers and tenders • Following up on purchase requests and ensuring their timely delivery • Building and developing strong relationships with suppliers • Preparing periodic reports on purchasing and supplier performance • Analyzing the market and studying the prices of materials and services • Ensuring that purchased materials meet the required specifications • Managing inventory and coordinating with warehouses, and finally, having good manners and appearance to represent the company.
