A procurement specialist is required to work in the restaurant sector, with at least two years of experience in procurement and negotiation with suppliers. They will be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing purchasing operations to ensure the company’s needs are met at the best prices and required quality. The main tasks are: 1- Preparing and implementing purchasing plans according to the company’s needs 2- Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms 3- Evaluating price offers and comparing them to select the most suitable 4- Following up on purchase orders and ensuring their delivery on time 5- Managing relationships with suppliers and developing a supplier database 6- Preparing periodic reports on procurement and supplier performance 7- Participating in setting estimated budgets for procurement 8- Ensuring compliance with the approved procurement policies and procedures.
