About the Job: As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing subcontracting processes for the project. You will procure simple to moderate contract packages while ensuring comprehensive management and communication regarding subcontract performance.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, along with significant work experience in construction or engineering. You must possess knowledge of contract pricing structures and excellent organizational and communication skills. A strong understanding of project management principles is also essential.

- Manage assigned subcontracts with continuous progress review;
- Coordinate operational activities that impact contractual rights;
- Negotiate contract changes and ensure compliance;
- Prepare and deliver status reports for management.
