Role Summary:
The Procurement Manager will lead the procurement operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and driving cost efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Enforce company policy and best practices regarding suppliers.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers for the best price and delivery conditions.
  • Monitor and analyse spending trends to identify savings opportunities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and expand the vendor base.
  • Ensure all purchases align with the company strategy.
  • Coordinate with accounts and execution teams for order processing and material requirements.

Personal Qualities:
We seek a versatile Procurement Manager with:
  • 10 to 15 years of procurement experience, including leadership roles.
  • Experience in construction or joinery industries.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word, with ERP and MRP software experience being advantageous.
