Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Lead and mentor a procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, including supplier selection and contract negotiation
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective procurement solutions
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company policies
  • Maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on procurement effectiveness using KPIs

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 57 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Preferred certifications: CPSM, CPM, or CSCP
  • Strong skills in strategic sourcing and vendor management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
