Role Summary:
The Procurement Manager will play a crucial leadership role in our procurement function, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Enforce company policy and legal best practices regarding suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze trends in spending and inventory control.
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and conditions.
  • Develop strategies to motivate vendors for superior service.
  • Evaluate potential suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely procurement processes and maintain accurate purchasing records.
Personal Qualities:
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 10 to 15 years of procurement experience, including leadership roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in fit-out construction or joinery.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and procurement software.
