- Enforce company policy and legal best practices regarding suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze trends in spending and inventory control.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and conditions.
- Develop strategies to motivate vendors for superior service.
- Evaluate potential suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely procurement processes and maintain accurate purchasing records.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 10 to 15 years of procurement experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in fit-out construction or joinery.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and procurement software.
