We are looking for a motivated professional to prospect and cultivate client relationships in the commercial real estate market. This role is key to our successful strategy in aligning and enhancing our real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document all customer contact activities into the CRM system.
  • Report weekly progress to Executive Management.
  • Develop relationships with existing customers via calls and emails.
  • Prepare Quarterly Summary Reports.
  • Meet with clients to maintain strong relationships.
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales.
  • Gather market and customer information.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
  • Challenge objections to facilitate sales.
  • Record sales performance and manage customer inquiries.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management.
  • 57 years of experience in Real Estate or relationship management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Arabic speaker is a must.
