About the Job
The Real Estate Sales Officer will supervise sales, leasing, and collections for a specified properties of the company, while overseeing operations. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient property management.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Supervise leasing and sales operations, ensuring prospective tenants and buyers are effectively attended to.
• Guarantee that tenancy and buyer contracts and forms are accurately filled out.
• Formulate pricing policies and assist in managing property auctions as needed.
• Conduct negotiations and provide valuable advice to clients regarding market conditions and legal requirements.
• Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• Promote sales through advertisements and open houses.
• Oversee collection of monthly maintenance/service charges and payments.
• Report any legal issues to the Sales/Lease Manager.
• Ensure miscellaneous clerical duties are performed effectively.
• Supervise tenant affairs and coordinate maintenance with the Facilities Supervisor.
• Support and manage staff and contribute to an effective workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to all aspects of real estate sales.
• Local experience and cultural awareness are essential.
