Job Details:

• Working hours: From 1200 PM to 900 PM.
• Weekly holiday: Sunday.
• Workplace: Within a prestigious women's salon in Al-Qurtuba.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and greeting them in a courteous manner.
• Answering phone calls and organizing the appointment schedule.
• Arranging files and organizing customer information.
• Daily coordination with the team to ensure smooth operations within the salon.

Required Qualifications:

• Politeness in dealing and a neat appearance.
• The ability to use mobile applications to organize appointments.
• Punctuality and a love for working within a team.

Receiving patients and visitors and directing them to the different departments in the clinic.

Answering phone calls and providing basic information to patients.

Scheduling patient appointments and organizing the doctors' timetable.

Registering patients' personal data in the system and preparing their medical files.

Monitoring the availability of doctors and medical facilities to ensure workflow is smooth.

Handling all general inquiries related to the provided health services.

Providing administrative support to other work teams in the clinic.

Ensuring a clean and organized environment in the reception area.

Dealing with emergency situations professionally and calmly.
