Qualifications:

We are looking for a professional and friendly individual who can effectively manage the reception area and be the first point of contact for our esteemed visitors. You will play a crucial role in presenting a positive image of our company and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they reach the premises.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
