Join National Medical Care as a Receptionist!
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk responsibilities and ensure a high level of service for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure superior quality of medical treatment and compassion for every patient.
  • Answer phone calls and direct callers appropriately.
  • Meet and greet visitors and direct them to their locations.
  • Direct outpatients to appropriate disciplines, including OPD clinics and Labs.
  • Open files for new patients and record their relevant data.
  • Check financial coverage and collect payments, sending them to the General Cashier daily.
  • Respond to inquiries from patients and visitors.
  • Schedule patients and manage physician time effectively.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and a secure reception area.
  • Participate in ongoing education programs and follow all department policies and procedures.

Experience Required:
Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility in a reception or clerical capacity. Must exhibit courtesy, cooperation, and respect towards patients, visitors, and colleagues.
