Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support across departments.
- Follow safety procedures and manage access to ensure office security.
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth office operations.
- Diploma or equivalent; certification in office administration is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English).
