About the Role
A Front Of House team member at GymNation is the life and soul of our business! The first face any current and prospective members will see, a fountain of knowledge for our clients' wants and needs, and an overall PEOPLE person.

Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting all current and prospective members with a positive attitude.
  • Handling queries and complaints with the utmost professionalism.
  • Managing clients' memberships and payments when required.
  • Gathering good reviews and feedback from Happy members.
  • Using the GymNation systems and software to ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Performing regular Brand Standards and Health and Safety checks of the gym, recording them in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the Facilities.
  • Relaying important messages to the Sales and Management team effectively.
  • Keeping all front of house documentation in order.

The Candidate:
  • Customer service experience: 1 year (Required).
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment: 1 year (Required).
  • Must be a Saudi National.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
