Join Morni as a Receptionist!
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the face of our company and provide exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors feel welcomed and attended to.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and maintain the reception area’s appearance.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
