At Downtown Medical Clinics, we are committed to providing comprehensive wellness services to ensure the well-being of our clients with the highest levels of care. We are looking for a full-time on-site Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh.

Role Description:
The Receptionist will play a vital role in our clinic by managing phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties, and providing clerical support. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Handling phone inquiries with professionalism
  • Performing general receptionist duties
  • Exercising strong communication and customer service skills
  • Managing clerical tasks effectively

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Dental Reception experience (preferred)
  • Solid phone etiquette and receptionist skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Experience in a healthcare setting (a plus)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Other duties as delegated by the Line Manager.
