Position Overview:
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. We seek a professional and courteous individual to represent our company, demonstrating a welcoming attitude and providing strong organizational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests and clients professionally; manage incoming calls and ensure a clean reception area.
  • Administrative Support: Handle mail, courier services, and assist with documentation and filing.
  • Meeting & Scheduling Support: Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in scheduling appointments.
  • Office Coordination: Liaise with support staff, monitor office supplies, and report maintenance issues.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 13 years in a receptionist role; experience in EPC or corporate environments preferred.
  • Key Skills: Excellent communication in Arabic and English, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
