Join our team as a Receptionist!We are looking for a professional and friendly individual who can effectively manage the reception area and be the first point of contact for our esteemed visitors. You will play a crucial role in presenting a positive image of our company and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they reach the premises.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Organize and manage the bookings of the conference and meeting rooms.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support various internal departments.
Position Requirements:- Education: High school Diploma.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
