We are a leading veterinary clinic seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves welcoming customers, guiding them to the appropriate departments, scheduling and organizing appointments, processing payments for consultations and treatments, as well as customer support and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and their pets, directing them to the suitable department.
  • Accurately schedule appointments using computer software.
  • Answer phone calls and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Oversee the clinic's social media accounts and interact with clients.
  • Professionally handle interactions with clients and pets.
  • Adapt to flexible hours and work under pressure.
  • Effectively manage time to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience, preferably in a veterinary clinic.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a team.
  • Proficient in using computer software.
