We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage our recruitment process, ensuring we attract the best talent to join our team.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Handle the onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure communication throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of experience in recruiting and hiring.
  • Proficient in interviewing and training.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
