Sales Engineer ELV/Low Current

McGregor Boyall is seeking a commercially driven Sales Engineer specializing in ELV/Low Current systems to join a growing building technology and automation business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suited for a proactive sales professional with a strong technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), building automation, and energy-efficiency solutions.

Role Overview

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors within the Riyadh market. This role requires a professional who can manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while contributing to the company's business growth in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and building automation solutions.
• Proactively generate leads and develop a strong sales pipeline across the Riyadh market.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, developers, system integrators, and end customers.
• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings through negotiation and deal closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in building automation and energy efficiency.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in a relevant sales engineering role.
• Strong technical understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), building automation, and energy-efficiency solutions.
• Must be based in Riyadh or possess a strong understanding of the local market.
