We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to help our clients make sound investment decisions in the real estate market. Your role will encompass various responsibilities aimed at driving sales growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with a premium network of channel sales and real estate brokers.
  • Focus on quality lead generation and supervise the registration of each enquiry efficiently.
  • Achieve and maintain a high conversion rate of sales.
  • Assess business approaches and implement target-based sales strategies while monitoring sales performance.
  • Accountable for the delivery of sales objectives for the group.
  • Complete all sales transactions in accordance with company policy.
  • Adhere to governing laws and regulations while performing sale transactions.
  • Build and maintain relations with new clients and retain old ones.
  • Resolve customer complaints by determining problems, selecting solutions, and following through to ensure resolution.
  • Assist in sale contract registration, termination, timely invoicing, and payment collections.
  • Analyze and research latest products and regulations to provide accurate information to customers on upcoming market trends.
  • Handle any other assignments related to your portfolio.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent with a top Developer.
  • Successful sales record amongst clients.
  • A solid network of brokers in the market.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is an added bonus.
