Join Şölen as a Sales Manager!
Şölen, a leading confectionary and snacks manufacturing company established in 1989, is expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia and is looking for a talented Sales Manager. This pivotal role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and aims to drive sales and distribution strategies in the region.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales, distribution, or business development experience, preferably 10 years.
  • Regional experience in Modern Trade/Traditional Trade preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and organized.
  • Strong planning, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a problem-solving mentality.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop & implement sales and distribution plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers and drive negotiations.
  • Manage operational aspects of the business by coordinating with supply chain teams.
  • Perform field visits to ensure product distribution aligns with objectives.
  • Ensure timely payments by customers/distributors.
  • Collaborate in designing promotions to boost sales.
  • Review distributor/customer performance through sales reports.
Skills for Success:
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proficient in business planning, selling, and negotiation.
  • Effective time management.
