- Coordinate both Front of House (FoH) and Back of House (BoH) activities as per management guidelines.
- Be a role model for the sales staff and embody the brand’s ambassadorial qualities.
- Contribute to sales target achievement and undertake required tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate company initiatives execution within the store.
- Analyze monthly KPIs and identify strategies for performance enhancement.
- Oversee shop floor operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Participate in preparing employee schedules based on traffic trends.
- Support cash operations and assist in payroll submission.
- Promote brand image through product knowledge and visual merchandising standards.
Requirements:
- 510 years of luxury retail experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Energetic and adaptable demeanor.
