Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market penetration.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in FMCG, Horeca, and B2B sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales and promotional efforts.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the FMCG, Horeca, or B2B sectors.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and cleaning products in the market.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
