Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement service business policies to achieve service goals and targets.
- Lead the team by defining operational requirements and aligning objectives with the company's strategy.
- Conduct training for service engineers.
- Identify customer needs and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, and supply chain/logistics.
- Analyse market trends and translate them into strategy and contracts.
- Stay updated on market and product developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the manufacturing industry, including 35 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in selling service contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
