Job Overview:
Join McKeon Company as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate sector, where you will lead and manage our sales department to maximize profits and ensure exceptional performance in all branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the sales department in all branches to achieve the highest sales percentages.
  • Manage the CRM program performance and classify customers as per project manager criteria.
  • Ensure the accurate recording of customer reservations and data on the CRM and the Ministry's website daily.
  • Distribute tasks to sales supervisors, define their specializations, set sales goals, and monitor their outcomes.
  • Coordinate with telemarketing leads and assist sellers in customer engagements.
  • Guide the sales team in effective customer interactions and promote McKeon Company.
  • Adhere to the strategic sales plan ensuring timely project deliveries.
  • Lead the sales process, negotiate deals with customers on pricing and payment.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for submission to the Marketing and Sales Manager.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and report findings to the Marketing and Sales Manager.
  • Track sales performance of agents and branches, preparing and submitting necessary reports.
  • Provide practical and scientific training to the sales team and be their primary point of support.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy in sales documentation.
  • Administer branch supervisors and ensure adherence to the targeted sales plan.
  • Assist the Marketing and Sales Manager with additional tasks related to sales objectives.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
  • Notice period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.

  • Language Ability: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic (native) and English.
