Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales, marketing, and account management/technical support teams, encouraging a team-based culture.
- Proactively engage existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
- Create and implement innovative sales plans in agreement with the Director.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define positioning strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and enhance user acquisition.
- Monitor sales and support processes, ensuring quality technical support.
- Analyze competitive threats and propose actionable solutions.
- Provide monthly financial results, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Saudi National - Mandatory requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA or equivalent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven influencing and negotiating abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in electronic/hospitality projects or related fields
- Willingness to travel internationally
