We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join شركة دلة التجارية in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to success by managing operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement approved policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage daily operations to meet established standards.
  • Supervise and support team members to maximize performance.
  • Handle sales of complex products and provide technical support.
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders for service excellence.
  • Resolve customer complaints and enhance retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the selling cycle to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Benchmark products and services against competitors.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and sales agents.
  • Motive and lead the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 4 years of experience (including 2 years in a supervisory role), or
  • A diploma with 6 years of relevant sales experience.
