We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director responsible for generating new sales and adding value to our customer base. This role will focus on the creation of compelling value propositions, strategic messaging, and engaging presentations. As the Sales Director, you will identify opportunities within existing accounts while developing new ones to sustain and grow our revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance business performance.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and overcome objections to secure customer investments.
  • Create and manage sales opportunities through prospecting and relationship building.
  • Lead the sales process, including negotiation and contract management.
  • Track industry and competitive trends.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of field sales experience in the Middle East.
  • Ability to identify and qualify prospects effectively.
  • Strong executive presence and experience in strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

Experience: 36+ years in sales or client relationship management with proven success.
Skills: Strong in sales strategy, client partnerships, and knowledge of Saudi domestic market. Excellent presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills. Fluent in English.
