Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, intelligent, and influential Sales Manager to drive incremental business growth in the Western and Central region of Saudi Arabia for Emerson's Pressure Management Business Unit (PRM). Your responsibilities will include achieving business budgets, providing customer support, driving strategic programs, and developing new business opportunities. You will engage with customers, support order bookings, and contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned order booking budgets.
  • Support monthly reporting and budget meetings.
  • Participate in executing strategic and tactical plans.
  • Evaluate and prioritize RFQs and coordinate with the sales and engineering teams.
  • Negotiate terms and book clean orders.
  • Spend 6070% of time visiting customers to build relationships and promote Emerson products.
  • Engage in after-market responsibilities, ensuring customer support.
  • Conduct site walkdowns and create/updating site plans for customers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, etc).
  • Proven selling experience in Oil & Gas and other industries.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
