  • Serve as the primary liaison between the regional sales function and global Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Provide competitive intelligence support, maintaining a database of win/loss data, competitor pricing, and market sizing inputs.
  • Travel within the GCC as required to support partner commercial operations, sales kick-offs, and regional business reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations roles within software, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Proven experience managing CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred, including pipeline governance, reporting builds, and user administration.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build dashboards, interpret pipeline data, model quota scenarios, and extract actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with channel and distribution operations, including deal registration, partner incentives, and MDF management, is a strong plus.
  • Experience supporting tender and bid commercial processes is an advantage.
  • Understanding of the AEC, BIM, or construction technology market landscape is a plus.

Required Skills

  • High attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented working style.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial modeling and reporting; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.
