Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales.
• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in B2B sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and maintain customer relationships.
• Familiarity with ERP & CRM systems and an understanding of the IT/technology industry is beneficial.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by identifying and seizing opportunities within each category. You will establish strong, long-term relationships with clients while primarily working in the field as the main liaison between Nestlé and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales volume targets by category.
• Ensure proper distribution and visibility of products in stores.
• Develop strong customer relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct daily field visits to monitor product availability and execution.
• Report market intelligence and implement promotional plans in stores.
• Handle product conditions and stocks as per company policy.
• Ensure timely collection and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and product placement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive with excellent customer relationship management.
• Valid driving license is required.

A sales representative with at least two years of experience in field sales is required, possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with clients, and holding a valid driver's license. The candidate must be ambitious and have the ability to work under pressure and achieve the required sales targets, with the possibility of travel and movement between different areas. Main tasks include: • Visiting current and potential clients and presenting the company's products professionally • Preparing daily and weekly reports on sales activity and visits • Following up on the collection of financial dues from clients • Developing the client base and opening new markets • Participating in trade fairs and the company's marketing events • Achieving the specified monthly and annual sales targets.
