As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by identifying and seizing opportunities within each category. You will establish strong, long-term relationships with clients while primarily working in the field as the main liaison between Nestlé and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales volume targets by category.
  • Ensure proper distribution and visibility of products in stores.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct daily field visits to monitor product availability and execution.
  • Report market intelligence and implement promotional plans in stores.
  • Handle product conditions and stocks as per company policy.
  • Ensure timely collection and financial reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  • Provide feedback on merchandising and product placement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive with excellent customer relationship management.
  • Valid driving license is required.
