As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by identifying and seizing opportunities within each category. You will establish strong, long-term relationships with clients while primarily working in the field as the main liaison between Nestlé and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales volume targets by category.
- Ensure proper distribution and visibility of products in stores.
- Develop strong customer relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct daily field visits to monitor product availability and execution.
- Report market intelligence and implement promotional plans in stores.
- Handle product conditions and stocks as per company policy.
- Ensure timely collection and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Provide feedback on merchandising and product placement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with excellent customer relationship management.
- Valid driving license is required.
