As a vital part of the Saudi Cluster Commercial team, the Lead Sales Specialist will drive the Grid Automation (GA) Orders and contribute to the overall commercial success within the assigned Sub-region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulates and executes proposal strategy and sales agreements.
  • Develops deal structures, pricing, and proposals.
  • Assists in customer negotiations and identifies new opportunities.
  • Implements Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance proposal processes.
  • Utilizes knowledge of sales territory, product lines, and market dynamics.
  • Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small projects.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Telecom engineering.
  • 47 years of sales and proposal experience in GCC/KSA.
  • Able to travel locally/globally up to 50%.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Expertise in grid automation.
  • Familiarity with sales processes/life cycles.
