Join GE Vernova as a Lead Sales Specialist
As part of the Saudi Cluster Commercial team, the Lead Sales Specialist will drive the success of the Grid Automation (GA) Orders and CCM% within the assigned Sub-region while reporting to the Sub Region Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute proposal strategy and sales agreements.
  • Develop deal structures, pricing, and proposals.
  • Assist in customer negotiations to create effective agreements.
  • Identify new opportunities with partners for potential business growth.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance the proposal process.
  • Analyze sales territories and integrate best practices into strategies.
  • Make informed decisions using technical expertise and analytical thinking.

This role is primarily focused on individual contributions and requires strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to lead small low-risk projects.

Qualifications Needed:
  • Engineering degree from an accredited university.
  • 47 years of sales experience, ideally within the GCC/KSA region.
