Join AKEDco. as a Sales Specialist and be part of a dynamic team that drives business growth. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who will play a crucial role in generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Develop a deep understanding of products/services and communicate their value to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and improve lead quality.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and means of transportation for field sales visits.
- Field work and regular client visits required.
- Saudi nationality.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (*, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
