Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products/services and communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and improve lead quality.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and means of transportation for field sales visits.
  • Field work and regular client visits required.
  • Saudi nationality.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (*, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
