Join Brilliant Minds Events as a Sales Executive B2B and leverage your skills to identify and target new business opportunities. Our company, which specializes in event management, is seeking dynamic individuals to enhance our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including hotels, restaurants, and event management companies.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to understand their staffing needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:
  • Must communicate well in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid KSA driving license is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales (no retail or call center).
