Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales within educational or training centers (this is a must).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.

What You’ll be doing:
  • Connect with both B2B and B2C clients, introducing them to Stella Stays and helping them find the right stay for their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate agents, and individuals to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Support the Sales Lead and Specialist by handling inquiries, managing leads, following up with potential clients, and assisting in closing deals.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands to identify new business opportunities.
  • Organize and maintain a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, keeping track of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Assist with operational tasks when needed, ensuring a smooth experience for guests from booking to check-out.

Requirements
