Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and issue resolutions across multiple channels.
Initiate customer follow-ups and satisfaction surveys.
Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed KPIs related to service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain quality of service, and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

35 years of experience in the sale of furniture, kitchens, lamps, and rugs.
Bachelor's degree in interior architecture or a related field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
