- Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the bakery and confectionery sector.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.
- Proven B2B sales experience and ability to build strategic partnerships.
