Overview: Join Jafar Tea More as a Sales Catering Specialist in our Food and Beverage department. This role is crucial in expanding our customer reach and enhancing revenue through premium catering services for events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify business opportunities and develop customer relationships: Communicate with companies and organizations to discover new catering service opportunities.
  • Negotiation and closing of trades: Set quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure contracts are signed.
  • Coordination with internal teams: Work with kitchen and logistics teams to deliver high-quality food and service.
  • Customer follow-up and organization of events: Attend events to ensure customer satisfaction and manage details for success.
  • Marketing and promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise promotional strategies for catering services.
  • Budget Management: Manage financial reporting and ensure events stay within budget while maintaining quality.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Monitor sales performance and assess events for future improvements.
  • Provide customer service: Address inquiries and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Development of new offers: Collaborate with chefs to create innovative menus and event ideas.

Qualifications:
