About the Company:

As we grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Representative with experience in facade and architectural lighting. Based in Saudi Arabia, this role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales to achieve our strategic growth targets. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the lighting industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Establish and strengthen relationships with key clients to promote Alurays products and solutions in the facade and architectural lighting sectors.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and execute the company's sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and competitors, adapting sales approaches as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Alurays' product offerings, including lighting profiles, IP-rated solutions, and installation methodologies, to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project teams and technical departments to ensure that client specifications are met and that projects are delivered on time.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, project status, and sales forecasts.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the lighting industry, within facade lighting in the Saudi market.
  • Strong knowledge of lighting solutions, including product specifications, compliance, and industry standards.
  • Ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts and clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Other Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management or Engineering.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia to meet with clients and attend industry events.
