Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the residential sales team and guide them to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the local market.
- Train and develop sales staff skills, motivating them to achieve optimal results.
- Enhance customer relationships and improve the buying experience.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and submit them to management.
- Monitor the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Saudi nationality (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
- Good knowledge of the residential real estate market in the Kingdom.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in digital sales systems and technologies.
