Your role as a Sales Supervisor will be crucial in achieving these objectives.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retailers.
- Communicate effectively with retailers to assess and meet their needs.
- Address retailer queries regarding products, prices, and availability.
- Monitor performance at points of sale (POS) and ensure adherence to standards.
- Supervise the sales process, ensuring timely payment and collection of receivables.
- Conduct store visits to maintain POS performance and stock replenishment.
- Oversee ordering processes to prevent stock shortages.
- Support in-store marketing activations and ensure they align with corporate guidelines.
- Participate in recruitment and training of sales team members.
- Encourage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor.
- Background in beauty and FMCG industries.
- Strong command of English and Arabic.
- Experience in team management.
