We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our sales team while ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have proven sales leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive team performance through effective coaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, train, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
• Create and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high customer service standards
• Handle customer escalations and resolve complex sales-related issues
• Assist in recruitment, performance evaluations, and career development of sales staff
