Join AMS International UAE as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG industry!
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to drive sales and promotion of our products, particularly focusing on baby diapers. In this role, you will:
  • Ensure business follow-ups and achieve sales targets.
  • Support department leaders in meeting sales goals and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Expand market presence by identifying new customers and strengthening product distribution.
  • Handle customer acquisition, follow-ups, negotiations, and contract signings.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term cooperation.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale FMCG sales (preferably in the baby diaper industry).
  • Strong network with wholesalers and distributors, along with experience in local hypermarkets.
  • Proven expertise in market expansion and distributor management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Fluency in English for professional communication.

Compensation:
