About the Role

Cander is seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Functional Consultant to join a global digital transformation and technology consultancy. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working on an enterprise client engagement.

Role Overview

The Salesforce Lead Functional Consultant will be client-facing, responsible for owning the functional solution, and playing a key role in shaping Salesforce Marketing solutions for the client. This position requires a professional who can lead discussions and guide delivery teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations regarding marketing objectives, business requirements, and customer journeys.
• Organize and lead discovery and solution workshops.
• Develop and implement strong functional solution designs.
• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Translate business objectives into clear requirements for delivery teams.
• Work effectively with offshore teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next.
• 2+ years of experience as an Architect or Lead Functional Consultant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client discussions and workshops.
• Proven functional solution design capabilities.
• Experience in managing product backlogs.
• Ability to guide delivery teams based on business objectives.
